Our Economy rooms, located in the attic and characterized by an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with roof windows that can be opened and dimmed electrically for natural lighting.

Do you have a parking place?
Our structure does not have its own parking, however, it is possible to reserve a parking space in a nearby partnered garage, which also offers a valet service. Contact us for more details.
Which floor is the structure on?
The structure is located on the fifth floor of the building.
Is there a lift available?
The building does not have an elevator, but a luggage hoist is available upon request to assist with transporting your bags to the floor.
How does the access to the rooms work?
Access to the rooms is provided via a smart lock system with a code, so no keys are needed.
Are there any common areas or relax areas?
Yes, inside the structure a relax area with a panoramic terrace is available.
Do all the rooms have a view?
All the rooms have a wonderful panoramic view, except for the Economy room which is furnished with a large and bright roof window.
How far is Piazza del Campo?
I Terzi di Siena is in a prime location, just 100 meters (328ft) from Piazza del Campo.

B&B with a wonderful view over all of Siena, in full ancient style, with spacious and comfortable rooms with large private bathroom in a strategic position in the heart of Siena. The very nice and friendly owner often stopped to explain to us a little about how it is to experience the Palio.

Fantastic location, right in the center just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo. Beautiful shared terrace where you can enjoy the view of the rooftops of Siena center. Excellent welcome and helpfulness of the staff, possible to enter the Z.T.L. to load/unload luggage.

Only two words are needed to describe this structure: friendliness and cleanliness. Nothing else needs to be added. To this must be added the strategic position in the center of Siena. If I were to return to Siena I would have no doubts in returning to this structure.
